This steak was so tender and I didn’t have to cut fat off of it like a grocery store steak. It was thick cut and wonderfully juicy. I really appreciate the packaging of all the meat I’ve thawed from my order as well. Each piece of meat is well sealed and doesn’t leak all over my fridge while it’s thawing. Will order again.
