The Site is owned and operated by Fred’s Farm (“we,” “us,” or “our”), located in Baltic, Ohio.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

To place an order on our Site, you must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid payment method. When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for protecting the confidentiality of your password and account credentials. Existing customers returning to our new website platform must reset their password upon their first login to ensure continuing account security.

2. Online Store and Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display our farm-raised meat products (including Beef, Pork, Chicken, Turkey, and specialty items) as accurately as possible. However, because our items are naturally raised and custom-buttered, individual cut weights, marbling, and appearances will vary.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product, bundle, or bulk box at any time without liability. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, and we may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

3. Bulk Box Deposits and Custom Processing

We offer bulk options, including quarter beef, half hogs, and full animal deposits. When you purchase a deposit for a bulk animal share, you are securing a commitment for a specific processing date. All deposits are non-refundable unless Fred’s Farm cannot fulfill the order due to unforeseen agricultural circumstances. Final balances for bulk shares are calculated based on the hanging weight of the animal and must be paid in full prior to shipping or pickup.

4. Billing and Payment

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. We accept payments through secure third-party processors. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the specified amounts to your selected payment method. If your payment method fails, we reserve the right to cancel or withhold your order.

5. Shipping, Local Pickup, and Risk of Loss

• Geographic Restrictions: We primarily serve and fulfill orders within the State of Ohio. Fulfillment options include home shipping or designated community pickup points.
• Accuracy of Address: You are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address or selected pickup spot is correct. We are not responsible for spoiled items resulting from an incorrect delivery address.
• Risk of Loss: All perishable items are packaged securely with cold insulation to withstand standard shipping durations. The risk of loss and title for the products pass to you upon delivery of the package by the carrier to your designated address, or upon your acceptance of the products at a physical pickup point.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included on the Site, such as text, farm graphics, logos, product names, images, and software, is the property of Fred’s Farm or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Site without express written permission from us.

7. Prohibited Uses
