Description
The Custom Half Beef Deposit includes approximately 300 lbs of meat, processed according to customer preferences. Options include cuts such as ground beef, steaks, roasts, stew meat, bones, etc. After placing the order, a cut-sheet will be provided to help determine how the cow should be processed.
Pricing
A $250.00 deposit is required when placing your order for the Custom Half Beef bundle to secure your reservation. The remaining balance will be due upon pick-up. Final billing will be calculated at a rate of $8.00 per pound based on the final hanging weight, minus your initial deposit. The final weight is generally between 290 lbs to 310 lbs, resulting in an estimated total cost ranging from $2,300.00 – $2,500.00.
Pick Up
The Custom Half Beefs pickup date will be determined. All bulk custom boxes are to be picked up at the farm. For Ohio residents, we offer delivery for an additional fee. If you’re located outside of Ohio, please contact us via email to discuss other delivery options.
